I-95 Partially Closed in Maryland After Truck Crash

All northbound lanes of I-95 are closed in Howard County after a truck flipped. The truck overturned about 2 p.m. just north of the Route 175 exit in Elkridge, Maryland, the State Highway Administration said. Information on whether anyone was hurt and whether other vehicles were involved was not available immediately.
