Kerri Shaneybrook is killed when her car leaves road and strikes barrier.

A Bel Air woman was killed in an early morning single-vehicle crash on the inner loop of Interstate 695 in Towson on Thursday, according to Maryland State Police.

Police officials said troopers from the Golden Ring Barrack responded to the incident at 3:31 a.m. on the inner loop of I-695 prior to the Charles Street exit. Police said an investigation revealed that a 1997 Mercedes C230 was traveling along the inner loop when it left the roadway and struck a concrete barrier on the shoulder.

The driver and sole occupant, Kerri Shaneybrook, 25, of Bel Air, was ejected from the vehicle. Baltimore County Fire paramedic declared Shaneybrook deceased at 3:39 a.m.

The crash is still under investigation, police said.
