Man Fatally Struck by Car Was Carried a Mile, Police Say
Police were called to the 14400 block of Layhill Road in Aspen Hill just before 9:30 p.m. Thursday for a report of a collision involving a pedestrian. While they were looking for the scene, a second 911 call came in for a pedestrian hit in the intersection of Bel Pre Road and Homecrest Road.

Detectives believe the striking vehicle may be a late model white or tan sedan. Investigators believe there is damage to the striking vehicle’s front end,” Starks said.
