Man killed in fatal accident in Fort Washington

A man was killed after he was ejected from a vehicle in a Fort Washington accident early Sunday, police said.

25-year-old dies in Fort Washington crash

Prince George’s County police said in a statement that Michael Morales, 25, was driving east on Old Fort Road about 1:20 a.m. Near the intersection with Livingston Road in Fort Washington, his car left the road and plunged into a drainage ditch. The vehicle then rolled and hit a tree.
Authorities have reported that a man is dead after a vehicle collision early Sunday morning. A report of a crash was called in when authorities arrived and saw that a man had been thrown from his vehicle, and was pronounced dead at the scene of the incident. Early reports suggest the driver lost control of his car and it overturned. We will update this story as more information becomes available.
