Man killed in fatal accident in Hagerstown

Shortly after 7 a.m. Wednesday, troopers from the Maryland State Police Hagerstown Barrack responded to Eastbound I-70 for a reported crash. 
James Edward Kendle was eastbound in a dump truck Wednesday morning on I-70 in lane two, when, for unknown reasons, the dump truck began to skid and veered to the right. It left the roadway, overturning and ejecting Kendle, who was not wearing a seat belt. He was pronounced deceased at the scene. The investigation is still ongoing.
