The 63-year-old driver arrived to tow a disabled vehicle on the shoulder of the road near southbound Branch Avenue and Coventry Way in Temple Hills, Maryland State Police say.

Police believe the suspect vehicle may be a 1999 to 2007 white or beige Cadillac Escalade with damage on its passenger side.
