Car crashes into Charles River in Cambridge
Crews are on the scene on Memorial Drive where a car has crashed into the Charles River on Friday. There were four people in the car when it went into the river. According to police, all occupants made it out and are safe.
Officials said the car was traveling eastbound when it went up to the sidewalk and then down a small embankment and into the river. The cause is unknown at this time.
