Kingston man charged in NSTAR vehicle crash
A man was arrested Wednesday night after a pickup he was allegedly driving crashed into an NSTAR bucket truck in Carver.
The crash caused extensive damage to both vehicles and threw car parts all over Tremont Street. Clean-up took over an hour while the road was closed.
