A woman driving a Honda Accord tried to turn left into the parking lot but did not yield to oncoming traffic, and a man driving a Nissan Altima in the opposite direction struck the rear of her Accord, the statement said.
The Honda then spun out and struck a Subaru Legacy carrying a mother and toddler who is just under 2 years old, according to police.
