Victim in Saugus fatal hit-and-run identified

State Police have identified the man who was struck and killed by a car in Saugus on Sunday night. The man has been identified as Lee Castoro, 33. He most recently had an address of New York City, but State Police are investigating other possible addresses for him. Police said the driver of the red car hit the pedestrian on Route 1 at around 11 p.m. On Monday, police found the car involved in the fatal hit-and-run.
