Young boy struck, injured by car
A South Street boy was airlifted to a Boston-area hospital yesterday afternoon minutes after he was struck by a silver sedan while riding his scooter just across the street from his home.
Though the boy had to be airlifted to a hospital in Boston, he is at least expected to survive. Police aren't sure what happened in the accident, but the driver did stay on the scene.
