Four people have been killed and two others injured when a motorist ran a stop sign and smashed into another vehicle in southwestern Michigan’s Berrien County.

Dub Collins, the driver, is on parole from the Michigan Department of Corrections. Officials say once he can leave the hospital, they will decide if he goes into local custody for the pending charges or state custody on a parole violation.
Man arraigned on murder charges in crash that killed 4
The Herald-Palladium of St. Joseph reports that Dub Collins appeared Friday in a Berrien County courtroom on four counts of second-degree murder, multiple operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated charges and driving on a suspended license.
