Police investigators were surprised to learn a man, who they didn't know about, walked away from the crash.
Three people were killed in an SUV crash shortly before 3 a.m. Sunday. a GMC Envoy crashed into a tree after the driver lost control at the intersection of Balfour and Frankfort. All three men inside the vehicle died. Investigators are trying to determine the cause of the crash. One of the victims has been identified as 28-year-old Frederick Jackson, and one other as a 27-year-old man.
