Royal Oak woman charged with murder in Eastpointe crash
Jenell Capreice Bailey, 47, is charged with second-degree murder, operating while intoxicated causing death and operating with suspended license causing death. She was arraigned in 38th District Court in Eastpointe and ordered held in the Macomb County Jail on a $750,000 bond, according to the release.
