Wheelchair-Bound Man Killed By Hit-And-Run Driver While Crossing Street
Police are now searching for the suspect — described as an older female — and the vehicle involved in the crash, but have received conflicting reports about the vehicle’s description. Investigators are either looking for a white SUV or a black four-door vehicle.

Around 9:20 p.m. Friday, Anthony Stewart was in his wheelchair, crossing McNichols near Santa Barbara, when a driver hit him, stopped the vehicle, and then kept going west on McNichols.
