A man from Rochester Hills has been charged with operating while intoxicated causing death after he caused a car collision that killed one person. A Chevy pickup truck was traveling northbound on I-75 when it was rear-ended by a black Cadillac. The impact caused the truck to swerve into the northbound lanes and where it was hit by a black GMC pickup truck. The driver of the Chevy was transported to Royal Oak Beaumont Hospital and is in good condition. The passenger was pronounced deceased at the crash site. The Cadillac and GMC drivers were transported to the hospital and are in good condition. The driver of the Cadillac was administered a breath test at the scene and blew a .108 BAC. After his arrest, he was released pending investigation.
