Son of couple killed in crash files lawsuit against woman who drove 100 mph
Jeremy Zadonia filed the lawsuit against Angela Majchrzak and husband Jamison Majchrzak on Nov. 2 in Bay County Circuit Court. Zadonia is the son of Denise K. Raber and stepson of Donald L. Raber, both of whom were killed in a June 26 crash in rural Pinconning Township.
Charges issued against woman police say drove 100 mph in fatal crash
The Bay County Prosecutor's Office has issued two counts of reckless driving causing death against 40-year-old Angela R. Majchrzak. The charge is a 15-year felony.

Authorities on March 8 sent Majchrzak a letter informing they'd authorized charges against her and that she had until March 21 to appear in court for arraignment.
