Services for Conner Blinn, will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at the Radiant Church, 8157 East DE Ave., Richland.
Members of his family will receive friends from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday and for one hour prior to the Saturday service at the church. A private burial will take place at a later date.
