Friday night, a driver was driving west on I-196 when police attempted to cstop the driver for a traffic violation. The driver fled and led police in a high-speed chase. The suspect exited  I-196 at Lake Michigan Drive. When the driver reached the intersection of Kinney Avenue and Lake Michigan Drive, the suspect struck a vehicle.
