Alcohol, speed likely factors in crash that killed 1

When crews arrived on scene, the vehicle, 1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee, was on fire. The officer at the scene quickly put out the flames and found a lifeless man inside. 

The victim, identified as 21-year-old Chazz L. Hiben, of Downing, Wis. was extricated from the vehicle and pronounced dead at the scene. 

Authorities say Hiben was heading north on Highway 46 at a very high rate of speed when he lost control of his vehicle, left the road and flipped into the ditch, hitting trees until coming to rest.
