Woman dead after boating accident on Cass Lake

A woman is dead after a boating accident on Saturday on Cass Lake in Beltrami County. She was pronounced dead at the Cass Lake Hospital. Beltrami County deputies say Larson was found a short time later, unresponsive and not breathing. Officials say Kinghorn is being held at the Beltrami County Jail pending formal charges. Authorities say 50-year-old, Brenda Larson, along with a four-year-old child and Matthew Kinghorn were thrown from the boat.
