Hwy. 10 in Coon Rapids reopens following fatal crash
The lanes closed just before 2 a.m. when the driver of a Ford Crown Victoria struck an unoccupied stalled vehicle that was on the right shoulder. A 30-year-old woman who was riding in the Ford died at the scene, according to the State Patrol and the Anoka County Sheriff’s Office.
