FRIDLEY, Minn. (AP) - Authorities say a man lying in the road was struck and killed by a car in a northern Minneapolis suburb. According to the Minnesota State Patrol, the pedestrian was lying in the road. Forty-six-year-old Steven Domino of Ham Lake was in the southbound lanes of traffic when he was struck. This story has been corrected to show victim's hometown is Ham Lake instead of St. Francis, per State Patrol.
