Matthew Allen Vallejo, 20, and Kathleen Jacqueline Preuss, 59, injured in two-vehicle collision on Highway 23 in Green Valley, Minnesota

According to the Minnesota State Patrol, at approximately 9:15 Tuesday evening, a 2011 BMW 528 was traveling northbound on Highway 23 and a 2017 Dodge Journey was traveling southbound on Highway 23 when one of the vehicles lost control, went across the center line, and collided with the other vehicle.
