The State Patrol said Makayla R. Stackhouse, 22, of West Salem, Wis., was driving south on U.S. 61 and was trying to make a left-hand turn into Kellogg when her SUV collided with a car being driven north on U.S. 61 by Hannah R. Westberg, 19, of Maple Grove.
