City spokesman Jamie Zwilling was on the scene of the accident Thursday morning in St. Louis Park at Highways 7 and 100. Zwilling says the mother of the children made it out of the car when it landed in the water but that the children were in the submerged car for about 20 minutes. Zwilling says all of them were taken to Hennepin County Medical Center. The accident happened shortly after 6 a.m. when roads were wet, but not icy. UPDATE: Two children have died, 3 others in serious condition
