Forty-seven-year-old Michele Reimann is charged with two counts of criminal vehicular homicide and criminal vehicular operation.

Reimann is under police guard at North Memorial Medical Center in Robbinsdale, where she is being treated for noncritical injuries, said Minneapolis police spokesman Scott Seroka. When she makes her first court appearance, prosecutors intend to ask that she be jailed in lieu of $750,000 bail.
