One left critical after 3 vehicle accident in Walthall County

The drivers of the F-350 and flatbed farm truck were unharmed. Fortenberry said the accident occurred when a flatbed farm truck was attempting to cross US 98 at Industrial Park Rd. and it was struck by a Pontiac Grand Prix. The unidentified driver of the Pontiac was transported to McComb and later airlifted to UMC in Jackson with critical injuries. MHP Corporal Brandon Fortenberry said authorities got the call of a three-vehicle accident around 6 p.m. Corporal Fortenberry said the driver of the flatbed fled the scene, but is now in custody.
