A 2013 Toyota Corolla, driven by 64-year-old Minnie D. Alexander from Bolton was driving westbound on N. Frontage Road when, for unknown reasons, her car left the road and crashed into the barrier fence. It entered the westbound lanes of I-20 where it hit a 2015 Toyota Land Cruiser.
