Cyclist killed, search on for hit-and-run driver

Robert Walker, 74, was fatally wounded in the accident reported at 6:42 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 23 on Nissan Drive, according to Mississippi Highway Patrol spokesman Kervin K. Stewart.

Arrest made in deadly hit-and-run

The Mississippi Highway Patrol said Belinda Marshall, 45, of Magnolia, was arrested in Madison County Tuesday around 6:15 p.m.
