Police believe the driver of the second car involved, 47 year old Yolanda McNeely was driving drunk. Police tell us she clipped the victim's Jeep and kept driving. She is behind bars charged with two counts of aggravated DUI and one count of Felony Fleeing the Scene of an Accident.
