Cody J. Garrett, 20, seriously injured in crash on Route 63 in Boone County, Missouri

According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, Cody J. Garrett, 20, was driving a Ford F-150 westbound on U.S. Route 63 at Route CC around 5:40 a.m. Friday, Dec. 31. His truck traveled into the path of a Freightliner Cascadia, driven by Charles M. Alcerreca, 25, of Round Rock, Texas.
