Raymond Smith, 69, died in a single-vehicle crash with ejection at MO 5 and Locke Road in Chariton County, Missouri

According to the MSHP the crash occurred as a vehicle driven by 69-year-old Raymond Smith, traveled off the roadway and struck multiple trees, causing him to be ejected from the vehicle. Smith was pronounced deceased on the scene by the Chariton County Coroner.
