Julian Lile, 21, injured in one-vehicle accident after car struck standing water, car ran off right side of road on Interstate 70 eastbound in Lafayette County, Missouri

According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, the accident occurred when a vehicle driven by 21-year-old Tyler Speer of Grain Valley, struck standing water in the roadway and traveled off the left side of the road. Speer proceeded to overcorrect causing the vehicle to return to the road and run off the right side, striking a ditch and overturning.
