The crash was reported just before 8 p.m. near Orrick Road and Seybold Road. Excelsior Springs Police said the driver of a vehicle struck a parked car.
Neighbors describe horrific Excelsior Springs crash that left 6-year-old girl dead, 4 others injured
The Missouri State Highway Patrol said the driver of a 2005 Ford Focus ran off the street, started spinning and hit a parked Chevrolet truck. The impact from hitting the truck caused the car to drive off the road and in between two sheds, where it stopped right before entering a pond.
