A black Harley Davidson speeding northbound on Broadway Boulevard crossed over the center yellow lines and struck a yellow Volkswagen Beatle head-on near 18th Street and Broadway, said Capt. Leslie Foreman, a spokeswoman for the Kansas City Police Department.
