Driver arrested after child, 3, dies in Camden County crash
Troopers arrested Griselda Ramirez-Ortiz, 19, who was driving the car. She was not injured. She was booked into the Camden County Jail on charges of involuntary manslaughter, three counts of 2nd degree assault, driving without a license and two counts of failing to failing to securing a child in a safety restraint.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Griselda Ramirez-Ortiz, 19, of Camdenton, was driving a 2009 Chevrolet Aveo northbound on South Business 5, north of Highway 5, at 6:10 p.m., March 4, when the vehicle traveled off the right side of the road and struck a culvert.
