Tony Banks, 47, Maeghen Melton, 27, and a 2-year-old child injured in an alleged DUI-related crash on Old U.S. 60 in Montier, Missouri

Banks was seriously injured, as was occupant Maeghen Melton, 27 of Mountain View. Both were taken by air ambulance services to Cox South in Springfield. Lastly, one 2-year-old female was inflicted with minor injuries in the accident, and was taken by private conveyance to St Francis in Mountain View for treatment.
