Amy Howell, 34, and Jessica Hawks, 41, seriously injured in a head-on collision on Missouri 17 in Summersville, Missouri

At 6:15 pm, on Missouri 17, roughly 7 miles South of Summersville, a Northbound Ford Ranger was involved in a head-on collision with a Jeep Grand Cherokee. Amy Howell, 34, was the driver of the Ford Ranger. Howell had run off the left side of the roadway and struck the Cherokee when she reentered the roadway.
