Driver from Willow Springs killed in rollover crash

A man from West Plains died after a crash between two pickups in Howell County. The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports Kenneth Ginn, 50, died Friday afternoon after his pickup was rear-ended on U.S. 63 south of Willow Springs. A passenger in Ginn’s pickup suffered moderate injuries and was taken to a West Plains hospital. The impact forced Ginn’s truck across the median. The other driver was not injured, but was tested for alcohol in accordance with state law.
