Raquel L. Couthren, 17, killed in single-vehicle crash on Highway 21 in Willow Springs, Missouri

Raquel L. Couthren, 17, Ellington, died as a result of injuries suffered in a crash at 6:51 p.m. Tuesday on Highway 21 five m with Troop G of the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Willow Springs, wrote that Couthren was not wearing her seatbelt when her northbound 2007 Pontiac G6 swerved on the highway and ran off the road, hitting several trees and throwing her from the vehicle.
