The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported that Jason Murphy, 39, was driving a 2008 Honda Civic north on I-55 south of Butler Hill Road in the Oakville area of south St. Louis County at 4:20 a.m. when he overcorrected to avoid hitting another vehicle, causing the Honda to hit the median wall.
