At 11:05 a.m., Carlos L. Flores, 19, of Fenton was driving an eastbound 2002 Toyota Corolla and while trying to change lanes, he lost control of the car, which ran off the right side of the interstate and struck a guard rail before returning to the road into the path of an eastbound 2016 Ford Edge driven by Dean P. Robinson, 70 of Byrnes Mill.
