An Augusta, Missouri man was killed when the vehicle he was driving slid off a roadway and overturned in St. Charles County early Thursday morning.
Wade Mathes, 39, was traveling on Highway 94 near Hinnah Lane when his vehicle left the roadway and overturned at about 1:00 a.m. Mathes was pronounced dead at the scene, and preliminary reports indicate that he was traveling too fast for weather conditions.
