Motorcyclist, 44, killed in crash with hit-and-run driver at North Second Street and Lawrence Street in St. Charles, Missouri
A motorcyclist died and his passenger was injured Saturday in a accident in which the driver that struck them fled the crash site. The motorcycle was traveling southbound on North Second Street around 1:30 a.m. when it was hit by a Jeep traveling west on Lawrence Street. The motorcycle driver, 44, died at an area hospital. His passenger remains hospitalized. A passenger in the Jeep remained at the scene.
