The St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports the man was walking when he was struck by a vehicle at an intersection early Sunday.
Police said a dark-colored sedan hit the man, who was in his 60s. Police say the man was taken to a hospital, where he later died.

Police say Lewis had been crossing the street from the northeast side of Union at Natural Bridge to the southeast side when he was struck by a dark-colored vehicle traveling east on Natural Bridge.
