Woman who stole car, crashed into tree dies of injuries, police say
A 23-year-old Lincoln woman has died from injuries she suffered after crashing a stolen SUV into a tree early Sunday morning. Tewau D. Blackeyes was taken to Bryan West Campus with life-threatening injuries after the crash at 1:05 a.m. Sunday and was pronounced dead Wednesday night at 11:30, said Lincoln Police Officer Katie Flood.
