Seward Husband And Wife Killed in Crash

Two people are dead after a crash near Seward. Deputies say a Kia traveling west on Rock Creek Road,  was unable to stop for the stop sign at the intersection with Highway 15, and was struck by a 2011 Chevy Silverado. They say the male driver of the Kia, 37-year old Quincy Bearce-Kimsey and his 33-year-old wife, Jessica Kimsey of Seward were pronounced dead at the scene. Officials say restraints were not in use by the victims. They say the driver of the Chevy, Cory Ficken was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
