Witnesses said the pickup was being driven very aggressively and tried to pass another vehicle before the accident. Investigators found meth on the driver along with other drugs, drug paraphernalia and alcohol in the pickup, which had been stolen.
Why every fatality from a crash is not legally a wrongful death
