John Neal, 21, killed after slamming into and winding up in the back seat of a minivan driven by Robert Tedford, in Omaha, Nebraska

Investigators say the motorcycle was northbound. The Minvan turned east in front of the bike and the motorcycle slammed into the side of the van. The damaged bike wound up the in street but the rider had vanished. A witness at the scene said he turned up in the back seat of the van.

Police say a motorcyclist has died from injuries he received in a crash in Omaha.

Tuesday in court, 75-year-old Robert Tedford plead no contest for his role in the crash that took the life of 21-year-old John Neal.
